Chicken Tenders
Fresh strips of chicken breast are batter dipped and fried crispy, served with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.

Herb-Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms
Fresh jumbo mushrooms stuffed with an herb-garlic cheese,
lightly battered and deep-fried. Served with a zesty horseradish
sauce for dipping.

Brewery Wings
Chicken wings are marinated in our incendiary sauce, fried
until golden brown and crispy, served with celery sticks and
blue cheese dressing. A slight detour from the Buffalo.

Mozzarella Marinara
Fresh mozzarella cheese is tossed in homemade seasoned bread
crumbs and deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with warm marinara sauce.

Cheese Tray
Wisconsin Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and
Swiss cheese are served with gourmet crackers.

Cheese and Sausage Tray
Wisconsin Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and Swiss
cheese are served with gourmet crackers and Usinger’s fresh
summer sausage.

Fresh Crudites Tray
Fresh seasonal vegetable variety served with homemade ranch
dressing for dipping.

Fresh Fruit Tray
A display of fresh domestic and exotic seasonal fruits perfect
for any occasion.

Old World Platter
Fresh Usinger Bratwurst and stuttgarter Knackwurst are
simmered in our brew and spices, charbroiled and served with
fresh sauerkraut, house mustard, and fresh bread.

Smoked Sausage Platter
Flavored with our Lager Beer, Usinger smoked beef sausage
and smoked link Kielbasa are charbroiled and served with
red cabbage, house mustard, and fresh bread.

Silver Dollar Sandwich Platter
Variety of ham, turkey, and roast beef silver dollar sandwiches
are served with a variety of gourmet mayonnaises and mustards.

Rosemary Chicken
Dijon and fresh rosemary chicken breast is grilled to perfection.

Chicken Picatta
Sauteed chicken breast with lemon and capers.

Baby Back Ribs
Baby Back Ribs are slow roasted and basted in BBQ sauce.

Grilled Salmon
Fresh filet of salmon is grilled and topped with a delicate
tomato basil cream sauce.

Barbeque Chicken Breast
Fresh, boneless breast of chicken is grilled to perfection
and basted ib BBQ sauce.

Chicken Enchiladas (3 per person)
Fresh corn tortillas are filled with grilled chicken, cheddar
and Jack cheese. Served with roasted corn salsa and sour cream.

BUFFET SALADS (SERVES 10 PEOPLE)

Chicken, Pecan, and Wild Rice Salad
Nutty wild rice, spicy toasted pecans with a hint of red
onion, scallion, red pepper and celery. Tossed with chunks
of batter fried chicken and citrus dressing flavored with teriyaki and sesame.

Asian Chicken Salad
Napa cabbage, roasted red peppers, grilled chicken,
sesame seeds, with mixed greens in Asian vinaigrette.

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce is tossed with homemade Caesar
dressing, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, croutons, and topped
with fresh tomato wedges and black olives.

Warm Muffuletta Pasta Salad
Garlic, fresh basil, red onion, capers, and olives are tossed
with rotini pasta, feta, zucchini, and carrots. Served on a bed of fresh
spinach and ripe tomatoes, and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Milwaukee Vienna
A fresh Usinger Bratwurst is simmered in our beer and spices,
charbroiled and served on a toasted bun with sauerkraut on the side.

Waterstreet Club
Layers of whole turkey breast, shaved baked ham, crisp bacon,
Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato rest atop our brewery bread
and are served open-faced with a side of 1000 island dressing.

Southwestern Chicken Wrap
Grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, onions, and Jack cheese are
wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Served with chipolte mayonnaise.

Chicken CaesarWrap
Grilled marinated chicken, crisp romaine with homemade
Caesar dressing and grated parmesan cheese, wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
